Here's the recipe...
INGREDIENTS
2 cups Oats Flour
4 Overly ripe bananas
0.50 cup Curd
0.25 cup Honey
0.50 cup Walnuts broken into small pieces
2 tsp Cinnamon Powder
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
1.50 tsp Baking Powder
0.50 tsp Baking Soda
0.75 cup Hershey's Semisweet Chocolate Chips
METHOD
In a blender, peel and add bananas, curd, vanilla essence, cinnamon powder.
Take a bowl and mix in the oats flour, baking powder and baking soda.
Add the honey and the banana mixture to the flour mixture.
Fold in the chocolate chips and broken pieces of walnuts. Mix well.
Preheat the oven to 180°C for 5 mins.
Take your muffin tray and place cupcake liners in it. Fill the batter by at least 3/4th.
Bake for about 20-25 mins. Baking time varies in each oven so keep an eye on these every 15 mins.
Insert a toothpick after 18 mins and if it comes out clean these are done
Remove from the oven once done and let them cool completely before removing them from the tray.
Enjoy them as dessert or with a warm cup of coffee!
NOTES
Use only overly ripe bananas for this recipe.
If you do not have oats flour, just take 2 cups of quick cooking oats and grind it into a powder. Before the 3rd step.
Baking time varies in every oven. So adjust the baking time and temperature as per your oven.
To make this healthy, replace chocolate chips with raisins or chopped dates.
